Fab5 Haitian Bistro is a restaurant idea that has been germinating for years in the family. Alberte, the risk taker of the family (we called her) has been an entrepreneur for years in the beauty industry has pushed us (Astrid, Armide, Alerte & Paul) to embark on this adventure as family.
